Return Policy

We want your pet to be as snug and cosy as possible, but if you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help!

Here's how our returns process works:

  • All items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Returns must be made within 28 days of your order date.

To initiate a return

  1. Email us at sales@snugandcosypets.com with the reason for your return.
  2. Please arrange a courier to return the item to us.
  3. Once shipped, email us the tracking details so we can keep an eye out for your return.

*Please note, all returns will need to be quality checked before a refund is processed. Once approved, your refund will be issued within 7-10 days. If you have any questions or need help, don’t hesitate to reach out! We're here to ensure your furry friend stays comfy, even if you need to return their bed.
